I love these:
Fried pork skins! Even better, the spicy ones! Am I the only one? (Echo, echo, echo.)
What's not to like? They are crunchy, salty and no carbs! HA! (I try not to look at the fat grams!)
Well, there it is, I said it, I admit it, and I'm not ashamed!
